Shipping Policy
At KERRO, we do our best to ship every order securely and as efficiently as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order, especially for pre-order products.
Pre-order products
Some KERRO products are offered as pre-orders. By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge that it may not be available for immediate shipping at the time of purchase. The estimated shipping date may be communicated or updated later by email. Production, quality control, customs, supplier delays, logistics issues or events beyond our control may affect the final shipping timeframe.
Order processing
In-stock products are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Pre-order products will be processed once production is complete and items are ready to ship. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order may ship in a single shipment when all items are available, unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping methods
Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery country. Shipping options may include standard, tracked or express delivery depending on destination and carrier availability.
Delivery times
Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates and apply after the order has shipped. KERRO cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, particularly for pre-order products, international shipments, customs procedures, carrier delays or exceptional circumstances.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, shipping method and carrier rates. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise indicated at checkout or as part of a promotional offer.
International shipping, customs and taxes
KERRO may ship to certain international destinations, notably Europe, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland and other regions available at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees or administrative fees imposed by the destination country or carrier. Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout, these fees are the customer's responsibility. KERRO cannot be held responsible for delays related to customs procedures or unpaid import fees.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email depending on the selected shipping method. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. KERRO is not responsible for delays or missing information related to the carrier's tracking system.
Incorrect or incomplete address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. KERRO cannot be held responsible for delivery failures, return fees, delays or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to KERRO due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, reshipping fees may be charged to the customer.
Refused delivery, unclaimed parcels and returns to sender
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed or returned to sender, KERRO may deduct from any applicable refund the initial shipping fees, return fees, customs fees, carrier fees and associated handling fees. Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically cancel the order.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact KERRO as soon as possible providing your order number and any relevant evidence. KERRO will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Resolution will depend on the carrier's investigation, insurance coverage and proof of delivery.
Delivery delays
KERRO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by production issues, customs, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, peak periods, incorrect addresses, import controls or any other event beyond our reasonable control. For pre-order products, shipping timeframes remain estimates and may change.
